• Similar to stainless steel, brass camlocks have good corrosion resistance and long service life. However, brass couplings are less expensive and softer & easier to thread. They are compatible with water, coolants, hydraulic oils, gasolines and petroleum products. Thanks to its special non-sparking feature, it is ideal for marine fueling systems.
• Sizes: range from 1/2" to 8". Working pressure for brass cam locks depends on the size and temperature. At ambient temperature, the rated pressure for 1/2" to 2" is 250 psi; 2 1/2" is 150 psi, 3" is 125 psi, 4" is 100 psi, 5" to 6" is 75 psi, and 8" will be 50 psi.

• Single check valve QRC has in build check valve in coupler side & adaptor side it has through hole
• Single check valve QRC is mainly used for water cooling application where adaptor will be fix in moulds /panel side & coupler part will be fix it with water piping connection which allows to stop water leakage during it is disconnecting.
• Single check valve QRC work on Push and Pull principle. When the Adaptor is pushed to the coupler, it is accurately held by the self-locking arrangement resulting in a positive & leak proof connection. This action simultaneously opens the valve & fluid flow starts.

• To disconnect, pull back the sleeve of the coupler, the Adaptor ejects out and the valves shut off automatically. Valves are provided in type one way sealing.
