All dished-end are contrived by point press method in cold form which is as follows :

In case of Crown & Petal Dished-End, Complete “V” preparation & mock up assembly is carried out.

Owing to our expertise in this domain, we are able to undertake fabrication of different types ofDish End. Having many different capacities of hydraulic presses at our disposal the fabrication process is carried out adhering to the international norms and quality checks. These dished end are application specific and can be developed in single piece, crown and petal formation. In accordance with the customers requirements, the diameter, thickness can be fabricated.During blank formation and pressing ofDished ends, strict quality control is practised. We specialise in fabrication ofDished Endsfor pressure vessels, boilers, water storage tanks etc. as per international standards. Dished ends are available in multiple head options which include Ellipsoidal/elliptical, Hemispherical, Torispherical and Toriconical. The welding procedure followed in the manufacturing of our range of dished end is as per the ASME IX standards.
