Stainless Steel corrugated flexible hoses are offered from size 6mm NB (1/4") to Size: 200mm NB (8'), The Annular Corrugated hose body provided the flexibility & pressure tight core of the assembly, We also manufacture high flexible close-pitch hoses for special applications.

BRADING

When pressure is applied, unbraided corrugated hose tends to elongate axially. To restrain this, a external layer of S.S. wire braid is provided. The braid also makes the assembly pressure resistant.

Sometimes two or even three layers of braiding are provide for high pressure applications. The braiding is highly flexible & follows the movement of the hose. The braid is normally manufactured in S.S. 304 Wire, how ever S.S. 316 & S.S. 321 braid can also be manufactured. We also supply wire braid in different configurations as per customer specifications.BRADING

VIBRATION

cam lock is in fact, a means of quick engaging of disengaging a hose connection from a system requiring transfer of fluid or gas. It consists of a COUPLER with cam arms and a slip in ADAPTOR. In order to connect the Arm of the coupler need to be lifted and the adaptor slipped into the coupler. handle are then pressed down with normal hand pressure for a leak proof connection.

We manufacture & supply numerous designs of Worm Drive (Worm Gear) Clamps. These clamps are in accordance to IS 4762 / BS 5315/1976 / DIN 3017 / SAE J 1508 standard.

We manufacture & supply numerous designs of hose Clamps. These clamps are in accordance to IS 4762 / BS 5315/1976 / DIN 3017 / SAE J 1508 standard.

These Clamps mainly consists of four components viz. the captive screw, housing, band & underlap. When the screw is turned, it acts as a worm drive pulling the threads of the band, causing the band to tighten around the hose.
